We had a blast last week at our Mid-Year Party! Sorry it's taken so long to upload pics, but I've been enjoying the time off!Check out some of the great pajamas we had at our SCHOOL WIDE pajama party (thanks to our president, Isabel!)
In the morning last Wednesday, we enjoyed hot chocolate and watched my very favorite holiday movie!
In the afternoon we stuffed our faces with a HUGE feast! Thanks so much to all the parents who brought or sent stuff in! This was much better than pizza!
The kids loved the chocolate fountain! I'll be sure to bring that back for another party later in the year!

Finally, my personal favorite part of the day - the gag gift exchange! Everyone got something, whether they wanted it or not!
Jasmine was ecstatic to receive a whole, fat roll of bubble wrap! Can't you tell by her expression?
I hope Quavon enjoyed his can of corn!
Hunter looks really happy to get a box of garbage bags, doesn't he?
Romin got just what he always wanted - a matching heart-shaped necklace and earrings!
But Petra stole them and he got stuck with these reindeer antlers!
Not all the gifts were gag gifts, though! Alyssa got lucky, winning a giant candy cane!
And Chelsy got the best gift of all - a DVD set of the Superman movies!
Now here's where it got fun! Daniel stole the DVD set from Chelsy, forcing Chelsy to pick another gift!
So, she stole the giant candy cane from Alyssa!
But Alyssa wasn't too upset when she picked a new present and ended up with a slinky!
But a few rounds later, Josh quickly snatched the Superman set from Daniel!
Leaving Daniel with the best gift of all - a package of unflavored rice cakes!
Destiny gets a box of Christmas cakes!
Kimberlynn got a Nintendo Wii....
...box, with a set of phone books inside!
Win got a whole bag of onions! Look how excited she is!

Lucas got a porcelain rose with a hummingbird.
But not for long, because Alexis stole it!
