Cultural Arts Day

Cultural Arts Day was awesome again this year! To start the day off, we had a parade, featuring the Wolfson High School Marching Band, JJ the Jaguar, Queen Griffin, Mrs. Beverly, Mrs. Kornblum on a motorcycle, and Elysha, Klea, and the rest of ORFF.

After the carnival, we enjoyed a fun caribbean carnival, complete with a dancing, stilt performer!
















































We enjoyed a nice picnic lunch together on the field. Several parents even showed up to eat with us!



































The guy was amazing! He turns drawing into a performance art, with his movements choreographed with music!

Bonus Money Challenge

For $50 in Bonus Money, look at the building below and follow the directions that follow.

1. Copy the table below and fill in the number of windows (including skylights) for each of the number of floors up to 10.
2. Using f as the number of floors, write an algebraic expression for how many windows a building of that type will have.
3. Tell how many windows a building of this type would have if it had the following:

• 15 floors
• 20 floors
• 100 floors
