Third Grade Video Year Book

I've finally finished compiling and burning all the DVDs of our Third Grade Video Year Book. You'll get your copy and see the whole thing at our End of the Year Bash on June 9th! But for now, here's a little trailer I made.

Great Field Trip

We had a great time today on our field trip to IMAX in St. Augustine! You can see here how excited the kids were to FINALLY be going on a field trip.



























After the movie, we got to enjoy a nice lunch together with the rest of third grade!















After lunch, we had some time for some sightseeing before heading back!




























On the bus ride back, most of the kids still had loads of energy!



















Others...did not.

Congrats to Klea!

Today was the conclusion of our sixth annual Knowledge-Bowl competition! The kids competed all last week answering questions on everything they've learned this year! Today, the top six contestants faced off until only one was left. Congratulations to this year's champion, Klea!

Coming May 16th....

On May 16th:



The Knowledge-Bowl is a 5-day competition between all the the students in the class to see who has mastered the most KNOWLEDGE in the areas of social studies, science, math, reading, writing, and other stuff during the course of the year! Students have a study guide that they received last week. They also will bring home an extra credit practice sheet every day this week to help get them ready for the Knowledge-Bowl!
