Permission Slips and Stuff

There are quite a few students who have not yet turned in several of the permission slips, orders, and money that have gone home over the past few weeks, including:

• Order for FREE Italian dinner the night of the Live Wax Museum - Tuesday, October 27th
• Order for class T-Shirt
• Permission slip for Field Trip to the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra - Thursday, October 29th
• Permission slip and $3.00 for in-school field trip in April

Please make sure you are aware of all notices and permission slips that go home with your child, and get them turned back in as soon as possible!

Also, we still need PUMPKINS, FOOD, and VOLUNTEERS for our Halloween Science Project and Class Party NEXT FRIDAY! Let me know if you can help out!
